Before you read this, I would like you to be familiar with your Bible first, please read every verses I quoted there then see the fulfillment. May your eyes be opened while you are reading it. God bless you.
Revelation of John 17:1-2
And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying to me, Come here; I will show to you the judgment of the great whore that sits on many waters: With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.
With kings of the earth
With inhabitants of the earth
Revelation of John 17:3-4
So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit on a scarlet colored beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet color, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:
Purple and Scarlet Color
Gold and Precious Stones and Pearls
Having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication
Hey!! They declared themselves as that woman, can't you see that vatican coin? Why you still ignorant?
Revelation of John 17:5
And on her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
Babylon Tradition
Catholic Sacred Tradition
Revelation of John 17:6
And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.
They burned those who believed in Jesus
They persecuted even the women and children of the early church
They put them inside the colloseum to be eaten by lions or killed by gladiators
They killed Jewish people on Holocaust
You think Hitler was an atheist? NOPE, He cooperated with Catholic priests
Benedict involved as NAZI Youth (He is the German, don't you know that?)
Revelation of John 17:7
And the angel said to me, Why did you marvel? I will tell you the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carries her, which has the seven heads and ten horns.
Do your eyes still under hallucination, my friends?
Revelation of John 17:8
The beast that you saw was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.
There was a time where the Roman Catholic Church moved their headquarter from Vatican toAvignon (go into perdition). Afterward, Europe went into Renaissanceperiod. Catholicism was dead, religion was dead, but because of that Christianity rose again, God pour out His Spirit onto them, they started to translate the Bible in many languages, and revivals started in many countries and continue until now, many got saved. Martin Luther, John Hus, John Wesley, John Knox, Wycliffe, Spurgeon, Charles Finney, Moody, William Booth, etc, etc.
RCC perdition happened until to 1870 (when Rome was usurped by the Italian army), the Roman Catholic Church was entrenched in her wilderness experience.
Revelation of John 17:9
And here is the mind which has wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sits.
Go to your Italian map and see the Rome. It is located on the seven hills, my friends. Rome is called 'City of Seven Hills'.
After 1870, even though Catholic Church came back to rule in Vatican, but still the pope must subject to Italian ruler, another head of state. The Catholic Church believed that by virtue of his calling, the pope had an inalienable right to a temporal sovereignty. Only then could he conduct fully and freely his duties as head of the universal Catholic Church. But this demand conflicted with the natural desire of the Italians for a united nation with Rome as its capital.
Both sides of the conflict were eager for an end to this lingering problem. In 1922, Benito Mussolini, the Duke, and Pope Pius XI came to power. And by 1929 they had at last found a solution to the thorny Roman Question that had lasted 59 years. On February 11, 1929, three sets of documents, known collectively as the Lateran Accords, were signed in Rome at the Lateran Palace by Cardinal Gasparri, representing Pope Pius XI, and Mussolini, representing King Victor Emanuel III.
Roman Catholic Church got its independence and sovereignty again. The political independence means that now they had a monarchy, although on much reduced area of land, where the pope was the absolute ruler (king). The pope now was not only the supreme head of the Catholic Church universally, but also the indisputable temporal king over the State of Vatican City. He was no longer a prisoner of captivity. Started at 1929, Pope became King.
Revelation of John 17:10-11
And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he comes, he must continue a short space. And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goes into perdition.
If Pope Benedict die, the next Pope will bring Catholic reign over the world again, they will have power to persecute the Christian. The beast will recovered. The great persecution like in the early church will happen again. The 8th Pope will bring the devilish thing that last during the early centuries.
My friends, can you feel that end times is so near? Today Pope is now already 81 years old. How long do you think he can live? And after him, the 8th one will come, he will be thebeast. There are many beasts in book of revelation. This beast is not the realAntichrist, is not the man of sin. He will come soon, now the world is preparing for his coming. The next pope will open the way for the REAL Antichrist to come, or maybe he will be the REAL one. You should know that as God Trinity, Satan also has trinity, the Dragon (Satan Himself), the Beast out of the Sea and the Beast out of the earth.
Revelation of John 17:12-14
And the ten horns which you saw are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength to the beast. These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful. And he said to me,
Many said, it talked about UK, Germany, France, Italy, etc. But they are already kingdoms. Number 10 here means number of completeness. It is talked about The kings gather together to make completeness. This is what the Roman Catholic Church try to accomplish through Ecumenical Movement, to have one mind, One World Religion.
Who are these 10 kings?
Protestantism
Catholicism
Greek Orthodox
Judaism
Islam
Buddhism
Shintuism
Confucianism
Hinduism
Communism
Did you see that? Pope kissed Koran. RCC did adultery with Islam, Hindu, Budha, etc. You who are Lukewarm Christian, be prepared, when Rapture takes place soon, you will be left behind. Religions are nothing, they can't lead to heaven. You need to accept Jesus, my friends. That's the only way to escape from the terrible situation await for us in short future.
Ecumenical Movement will come to pass. One world religion will happen soon. We can't go against what Scripture said. Christian friends, be prepared, be ready, our spiritual battle await in front. Great persecution will come only to those who hold strong to the name of Jesus. But those who faithful will be accepted in heaven, even though must die martyr or be beheaded.
Revelation of John 17:15
The waters which you saw, where the whore sits, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.
Prepare yourself. Otherwise Jesus will find you falling asleep and the door will be shut before you (Read Matthew 25:1-13 Parable of 10 Virgins)
Revelation of John 17:16-17
And theten horns which you saw on the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire. For God has put in their hearts to fulfill his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom to the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.
Catholic fellowswill experience terrible time in the end times because of their Church behaviour. Their church does adultery with many religions through Ecumenical Movement. But as the Bible said, those religions will start to hate that whore (Roman Catholic Church). For God will open their eyes. Islam, Hindu, Budha, Communism will attack Catholic fellows, but we are genuine born again Christian will have been raptured before the 666, Man of Sin, the Real Antichrist comes.
Farewell, my friends. I bid you last goodbye to those who always reject me. I wish to see you in heaven. Because I do love you, I tried to convince you, but you chose to be on your own. I know what will happen to those who chose to stay in that church. Your Ecumenical Movement, your Peace and Love program, will attack you back. I have warned you within this full month. You said you have your freewill, so, I respect you, my friends. Do as you like, your blood is on your own head, I am innocent now.
Revelation of John 18:4-6
And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that you be not partakers of her sins, and that you receive not of her plagues. For her sins have reached to heaven, and God has remembered her iniquities. Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double to her double according to her works: in the cup which she has filled fill to her double
Revelation of John 17:18
And the woman which you saw is that great city, which reigns over the kings of the earth.
Within one hour according to Revelation 18:19 that great city will be destroyed.
This is the reason we should be aware of Iran nuclear weapon. Oil Price, Global Warming, Global Economic Crisis, Global Famine, Global Clean Water Crisis, Natural Disasters, those who are wise, should start thinking about their eternity. Can't you see the time is up?
1 John 2:18
Little children, it is the last hour. Just as you heard that an antichrist is coming, so now many antichrists have appeared. This is how we know it is the last hour
If you read very well that verse, you will find that there will be an Antichrist (singular), man of Sin, 666 that will appear in the last day. And Roman Catholic Church is one of the antichrists (plural). God used them to fulfill His will, to fulfill His Scripture about the real Antichrist, the 666. Here is the proof, can't you see that inverted cross, antichrist symbol?
ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH IS THE ANTICHRIST CHURCH. MOVE OUT FROM IT, CHILDREN OF GOD
If you still don't believe me, make sign of the cross that you usually do before and after you pray. Does it not make inverted cross again. The length between your forehead to the chest is longer than from the heart to the chest. Everytime you do that, you declaring yourself as antichrist believers.
With this final conclusion, I have finished my ministry about Catholicism, I will start focusing on my thesis. Sorry if I don't have much time to reply any of your comments. If you have some questions, look at the points below, maybe I have answered it there. God bless you.
I have questions that every Catholic should answer here http://alvinsu.multiply.com/journal/item/130/. Please spare your time reading that (if you have time). God will surely help you. God bless you
It would be better if you call yourself 'Bible believer' or 'Jesus disciple' or 'born again Christian', my brother.
Protestant is another religion as well. You can see in the big churches with 20000 people flock every Sunday, how many of those Protestants who are born again? Who has been saved? Who has testimonies how God changed their life, that they are a new creation.'
Many of them are just church goers, go to church just to fulfill obligation. They are no better than unbelievers. They live a good life, they follow Golden Rules (be a good man), but they don't have relationship with Jesus, with God. Never read Bible, never pray, etc. I was one of them. I was Protestant since I was born, but it means nothing too. Jesus didn't come to bring religion, but Gospel.
Just an input from me. Have a nice night, my brother. God bless you
YES I AM GOING TO READ THESE, I AM BUSY MAKING DINNER NOW BUT I SURELY WILL ALL THAT YOU SENT ME, JUST GIVE ME SOME TIME CAUSE YOU SURE HAVE OPENED UP ALOT OF WHAT PEOPLE DONT WANT TO HEAR, THE ONLY THING IS, IS WE ARE NOT THE JUDGE, BUT AS WE READ MORE OF THE TRUTH WE CAN FOLLOW BETTER AND HELP SAVE MORE SOULS. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK ALVIN, I WILL WRITE AS I READ EACH, LOVE YOU , YOUR SIS IN CHRIST, VEE

Rediscovery of the biblical doctrine of justification by faith alone, ignited the Protestant Reformation. We were then separated from our Catholic brothers because of our different views. The body of Christ has been hindered by the enemy, he has successfully caused a gap among believers in Jesus Christ. All believers, Catholic, Protestants, etc must now make an effort to seek the truth, and the truth can only be found in the Bible. It is every believer's responsibility to pray and seek God for the truth.
The Bible tells us that acceptance is based on the "righteousness of God in Jesus Christ" (see Romans 3:19-24 below). It is a righteousness wholly outside the sinner, accomplished by Christ, and imputed to him through the one God-given means -- faith in the Savior, acceptance of His gift of eternal life.
The Bible says:
Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, so that every mouth may be silenced and the whole world held accountable to God. Therefore no one will be declared righteous in his sight by observing the law; rather, through the law we become conscious of sin. But now a righteousness from God, apart from law, has been made known, to which the Law and the Prophets testify. This righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference, for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. -Romans 3:19-24 (NIV, emphasis added)
For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast. -Ephesians 2:8-9 (NIV, emphasis added)
(also see Romans 5:1, 11:6; Galatians 3:6; Ephesians 2:5, 3:7; Philippians 3:9; Titus 2:11, 3:7; I Timothy 1:14)
Catholicism says:
Man is justified by baptism plus faith, plus additional works (see Catholic Catechism Ref. Nos. 1265-1271, 1987-1995). The Holy Spirit's transforming work in the sinner becomes the grounds, along with faith, for justification. Most good Catholics are therefore very concerned with "being good enough," "meriting," and "earning" their salvation.
The Catholic Catechism says of baptism, for example:
"Baptism not only purifies from all sins, but also makes the neophyte 'a new creature,' an adopted son of God, who has become a 'partaker of the divine nature,' member of Christ and co-heir with him, and a temple of the Holy Spirit" (Catechism 1265, emphasis added). "... Justified by faith in Baptism, [they] are incorporated into Christ; they therefore have a right to be called Christians" (Catechism 1271).
The Bible teaches that we are justified by grace alone, through faith alone, because of Christ alone. The Catholic faith does not accept this. Catholicism adds human righteousness to the requirements, including that we must:
* Love and worship God * Pray * Fast * Love one's neighbor * Practice self-renunciation * Obey the commandments of God * Bear witness to the Catholic faith * Follow supernatural inspiration in deeds * Confess the major doctrines of the Church
But when it comes to salvation, the apostle Paul said of his own righteous works:
I consider them rubbish, that I may gain Christ and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ--the righteousness that comes from God and is by faith. —Philippians 3:8-9 (NIV)
Where justification by faith alone is not clearly understood and taught, "another gospel" is being proclaimed. Galatians includes a stern warning about those who proclaim "another gospel.":
I marvel that you are turning away so soon from Him who called you in the grace of Christ, to a different gospel, which is not another; but there are some who trouble you and want to pervert the gospel of Christ. But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed. As we have said before, so now I say again, if anyone preaches any other gospel to you than what you have received, let him be accursed. —Galatians 1:6-9 (NKJV)
Salvation in Christ Alone
The Bible says that Christ is the only way of salvation. Biblical Protestant convictions have always been that no sinner can be saved apart from the saving work of Christ granted to him through faith. Christ's word, "No one comes to the Father except through Me," means that those only who are united to Christ will be saved; all others will die in their sins and suffer the wrath of God in hell forever.
The Catholic church teaches that only through faith in Christ plus Catholic baptism is salvation granted. There are exceptions; e.g., in the cases of martyrs for the faith (Catechism 1258), and infants dying without baptism (Catechism 1261).
The Second Vatican Council's Decree on Ecumenism states:
"For it is through Christ's Catholic Church ALONE, which is the universal help toward salvation, that the fullness of the means of salvation can be obtained" (emphasis added).
Furthermore, Catholicism teaches that all mankind, whether they come to faith in Christ or not, if they have a desire to please God and to be right with Him, though ignorant of Jesus Christ, can be saved! Hosts of Protestants and many adherents of all other religions, may be saved because they receive the benefits of Catholic baptism through their ignorance and desire!
Every man who is ignorant of the Gospel of Christ and of his Church, but seeks the truth and does the will of God in accordance with his understanding of it, can be saved. It may be supposed that such persons would have desired Baptism explicitly if they had known its necessity. —Catechism 1260)
This doctrine called "Rapprochement" makes Catholicism a kind of universal religion, placing all religions to some degree under its umbrella. All people are thus capable of being saved, even in their unbelief (see Catechism 1257-1261).
The Bible says:
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. —John 14:6 (KJV)
Protestants have historically held Mary in high regard as a godly and highly favored woman of God, a sinner saved by the grace of her divine Son.
Catholics, on the other hand, have declared her to have been free from all original sin (the dogma of the Immaculate Conception, first declared in 1854; Catechism 491-492), free from any actual sin during her life (Catechism 411), and perpetually a virgin even after the birth of Jesus (Catechism 499-500).
Mary... was redeemed from the moment of her conception... preserved immune from all stain of original sin. -Catechism 491
Mary remained free of every personal sin her whole life long. -Catechism 493
Allegedly, Mary was taken, body and soul, into heaven (Catechism 974). This is the dogma of the "Assumption of Mary," declared in the year 1950! In heaven, Mary supposedly intercedes for the church as "advocate, helper, benefactress, and mediatrix" (Catechism 969). She is made virtually a co-savior with her Son (Catechism 968). Recently, an increasing number of prominent Catholics have petitioned the church to officially declare that Mary can provide forgiveness of sins!
These doctrines are far from the Scriptures that biblical Protestants know.
The Bible says:
For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. —1 Timothy 2:5 (KJV)
Jesus Christ of Nazareth... Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. —Acts 4:10-12 (KJV)
Catholicism teaches the dogma of the infallibility of the Roman pontiff. This was not declared by the church until the year 1870. Yet through the church's motto of Semper idem ("Always the same"), it is claimed that the church has always held this, going back to the first Pope, the Apostle Peter! (Catechism 80-82, 85).
The pope, as the vicar (deputy, substitute for, representative) of Christ, is considered infallible only when he speaks "ex cathedra" ("from the chair"). But, as the reference below makes very clear, this tradition, along with other traditions of the church, is considered to be as authoritative as the Scriptures.
As a result the Church, to whom the transmission and interpretation of Revelation is entrusted, does not derive her certainty about all revealed truths from the holy Scriptures alone. Both Scripture and Tradition must be accepted and honoured with equal sentiments of devotion and reverence. —Catechism 82 (emphasis added)
Thus, for the Roman Catholic, submission to the formal teaching of the church's tradition is as important as submission to the Scriptures.
The Protestant Reformation restored to the body of Christ the doctrine of sola scriptura ("Scripture alone"). The Roman Catholic faith has shown a willingness to raise the pope above Jesus Christ and the Bible by giving him the right to nullify Scripture through papal decrees. The conscience of the biblical Protestant (like that of Martin Luther) is bound by the Bible alone. "The Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are the Word of God, the only infallible rule for faith and life." It cannot be both ways. The traditions of the churches are often of value. But these traditions must always be subordinate to, and constantly corrected by, the Scriptures, which alone are the Word of God.
A Catholic mass is by definition the sacrifice of Christ (Catechism 1322, 1338). The Baltimore Catechism (Confraternity Edition of 1949) says,
"Christ gives us His own body and blood in the holy Eucharist first, to be offered as a sacrifice commemorating and renewing for all time the sacrifice of the cross" (Catechism 356).
While the Catholic catechisms quote the passages that speak of Christ dying once, they also teach that the priest miraculously transforms the bread and wine into Christ's real body, and that Jesus is then sacrificed anew. "The blood is real blood (it looks like wine and tastes like wine at Mass, but it is truly the Blood of Christ." [1]
Although there is some variation among Protestants on the meaning of the Lord's supper, without exception biblical Protestants teach that the sacrament is not a renewal or a revisitation of the bodily sacrifice of Christ. Rather it is a remembrance and a memorial use of symbols blessed by God to the benefit of the humbled believer.
This contrast is far more than a controversy of words. It goes to the very heart of the difference between Catholicism and Protestant Christianity. Protestant faith denies that the church has the power to perform the mass's "miracle of transubstantiation," and it further denies that the Lord's Supper's purpose is to see accomplished the death of Christ all over again.
"Nor did He [Jesus Christ] enter heaven to offer himself again and again..." —Hebrews 9:25 (NIV) (see Hebrews 9:25-10:18)

Purgatory
The Roman Catholic Church does not teach its people to have confidence in the full forgiveness of their sins through the death of Christ alone. Nor are they taught that the righteousness of God accomplished by Jesus Christ is their permanent possession. The result is that the faithful Catholic is taught never to come to full assurance of salvation during their earthly life, for they are still capable of committing "mortal sin." A Catholic's redemption is always dependent on their maintaining a faithfulness to the Church's doctrine and practice.
Thus Catholics are taught that when they die, if they have not committed mortal sins (and with the exception of the special class of believers they call "saints"), all go to the place the church calls purgatory. The Catechism states, "All who die in God's grace and friendship, but still imperfectly purified, are indeed assured of their eternal salvation; but after death they undergo purification, so as to achieve the holiness necessary to enter the joy of heaven..."
"The Church formulated her doctrine of faith on Purgatory especially at the Councils of Florence and Trent" (Catechism 1030-1031). This concept of purgatory led to the unbiblical Catholic doctrine of prayers for the dead (Catechism 1032). Catholic believers are taught that "it is a holy and a wholesome thought to pray for the dead that they may be loosed from their sins" (Catechism 958).
Does God's Word teach about purgatory?
There is no mention of purgatory in the 66 books of the Bible, and since the orthodox biblical view of forgiveness assures redeemed sinners that their sins have all been paid in Christ, the doctrine of purgatory is rejected by Protestants as an erroneous addition to the Bible. Furthermore, we believe that it has been created by the church out of virtual necessity, as its view of the inadequacy of Christ's death demands such a doctrine.
Confession of sins to a priest (a mediator between God and man)
See I Timothy 2:5—“For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus” / I Peter 2:5 (speaking of all Christians being a priesthood)
*
Prayers to dead saints *
Veneration of (or praying to) statues and images *
Offering of masses, prayers and rosaries for those who suffer in “purgatory”
See Hebrews 9:27—“…Man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment.”)

There are undoubtedly born-again believers in the Roman Catholic Church. But the Catholic theological and ecclesiastical system generally leads people to trust in the church, or in themselves, for salvation. It places the church's dogmas on par with the Bible, proclaiming false views of God, of man, of sin, and of salvation.
Since the Catholic Church often fails to present the true way to be saved and, in fact, generally obscures the way, there is a danger. Many people in the Roman Catholic Church may not be saved. Sadly, this includes even priests and nuns.
Thank you, my brother. Undoubtly, there are many God's people in that system. That's why the Bible said, "Come out of her, my people, that you be not partakers of her sins, and that you receive not of her plagues. For her sins have reached to heaven, and God has remembered her iniquities" (Revelation of John 18:4).
But no matter how the truth is revealed to them, their eyes can't see, their ears can't hear. It is spiritual force who captived them, we need the Power of God, through prayers and preaching the Gospel of Truth.
We have shared them the Truth, but it is not enough, we need to fight for them against that evil force in the high place. Arise and shine, God's people, let harvest for the souls for Christ. Amen
Hello, I hope you open-minded enough for my comment. You said so many things against the Catholic Church basing on your own understanding of the bible. I've learned that Catholicism is one of the ancient religions that was tested in time, undergone some ups and downs, and were refined after learning from mistakes. I can't see any reason why you seem to be judgmental to the Catholic Church yet you have acquired no knowledge at all of its teachings. You bear false witness against the said church. Your blog entry is not at all an expression of love but of hatred and yet, God is love. I suggest you to be more objective, suspend your judgment, and study or explore the Catholic teachings. Please read the book "Rome Sweet Home" by Scott Hahn. Nothing will be taken away from you if you just read it. PLEASE
majawjaw, just to let you know, just because one thing is very old, does not make it true or accurate...
the god Molech is an ancient belief going back to the very first Babylon and was worshiped in ancient Babylonian times, as well as today, and yet the god Molech is nothing more than Satan in disguise
we must keep in mind 2 Corinthians 11:14-15 : And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. So it is no surprise if his servants, also, disguise themselves as servants of righteousness. Their end will correspond to their deeds.
I'm sure there are great people within the Catholic Church, but that doesn't change what Roman Catholicism has done to Christianity...
no true Christian will say bad (evil) things about his brethren. I can see that you are full of hatred for other believers. God is a God of love so why nurture hatred? For more info about our real Catholic beliefs, see my site. Thanks
we have the same God so instead of criticizing one another, let us spread love my dear brothers and sisters. We are one family though different faith & culture, let's us respect each other and concentrate more on unity instead of division.
